Registration is now open for the 2014 Kansas Energy Conference, which will be held Sept. 16-17 in Topeka.
WHAT: The Kansas Energy Conference will highlight the latest developments in the renewable energy industry. The day-and-half conference will feature three general sessions and several breakout sessions focusing on different areas of the renewable energy sector, including wind energy, transportation, agriculture, research, the integration of natural gas and renewable energies, solar energy and smart energy.
WHERE/WHEN: 8:30 a.m.-4:45 p.m., Sept. 16, and 9:30 a.m.-noon, Sept. 17 at the Kansas Expocentre and Capitol Plaza Hotel, 1717 Southwest Topeka Boulevard, Topeka, KS 66612. Exhibits are open 9:45 a.m.-7 p.m., Sept. 16, and 8 a.m.-noon, Sept. 17. A reception is planned from 4:45-7 p.m., Sept. 16.
