Job seekers across the state should plan to attend the 2011 Kansas Statewide Career Fair on Tuesday, March 8, in Salina. The career fair, which is free, is sponsored by KANSASWORKS and the Kansas Economic Development Alliance. More than 103 companies will be represented.
Job seekers are encouraged to dress appropriately for interviews and bring several copies of their resumes. In addition, participants should visit KANSASWORKS.com prior to attending the job fair for the latest list of companies attending and positions available. The KANSASWORKS mobile center will be on site to help with resume building and career counseling.

DIRECTIONS/TRANSPORTATION: From I-70, take the Ohio Street exit. Proceed south three miles to The Midway. Turn right on The Midway to reach the Bicentennial Center. From I-135, take the Crawford Street exit. Proceed east about two-and-a-half-miles to Ohio Street. Turn left and proceed three-quarters-of-a-mile to The Midway. Turn left on The Midway to reach the Bicentennial Center.
